Interiors │Renovation of an old oil mill in the south of France

In the south of France, an oil mill in ruins of the 19th century has been completely transformed into a living space today, bright and comfortable by the interior designer Marie-Laure Helmkampf. The impressive high ceiling, old stones, polished cement floor mixed with travertine and marble, natural wood beams, exposed stone walls and the range of white, grey, beige and ecru natural materials, fabrics and rugs make it a place full of charm.

French country living interiors

This house in the south of France boasts old world charm, the subtle colour palette of soft warm greys and whites, the traditional materials, furniture and distinctive objects and accessories.

It is basic yet functional and cosy, and the outside living is perfect, amazing views, I can hear the cicadas already, now where is my glass of wine?

Villa in Provence

French country décor Villa Grenache in Provence.

Imagine a pathway alongside the vineyards, you go through the wooden gate and discover Villa Grenache, your bastide in Provence.

This very fine residence, located on the 22 hectare estate of the Domaine de Marie vineyard, and just a stone's throw from the Bastide de Marie, offers elegant décor of stone walls, ceilings with exposed beams, antique and wrought iron furniture, bright, pastel colours. The covered terrace invites you to take things easy, and comfortably lying on your sun lounger, you are rocked to the song of the cicada before taking a refreshing dip in your pool, absolutely gorgeous and this luxury villa is to rent in France.
